We provide bookkeeping, catch-up bookkeeping, payroll support, corporate tax compliance, and fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) services-so your books stay accurate, compliant, and decision-ready.
We work with small and mid-sized businesses across a range of industries, especially those that want reliable monthly reporting and clean year-end readiness.
We support U.S. businesses remotely and can handle multi-state complexity depending on your footprint.
Start with a discovery call so we can understand your entity type, systems, timelines, and what is behind (if anything). Then we propose a clear scope and fixed fee.
We categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, maintain clean general ledger (GL) records, and deliver monthly financial statements such as the Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet.
Once your file is stable and inputs are timely, we operate on a consistent month-end cadence so you are not waiting weeks for usable numbers.
That is exactly what catch-up bookkeeping is for-we bring your books current, fix errors, and then move you into an ongoing monthly workflow.
Yes. We can clean up AR and AP subledgers (unapplied items, voids, credits) so they match the GL.
Yes. We support QBO and Xero and can help set up the right structure for reporting and compliance.
Yes. We can integrate common payment processors and commerce tools so revenue, fees, and deposits reconcile properly.
We support federal and state business tax compliance, including return preparation and filing based on your entity and filing obligations.
We prepare Form 1120 (C Corporation), Form 1120-S (S Corporation), Form 1065 (Partnership), and Schedule C (Sch. C) with Form 1040 for sole proprietors and single-member Limited Liability Companies (LLCs).
Yes. We assess what is missing, get the bookkeeping clean, and map a step-by-step plan to bring you back into compliance.
Yes. We help you organize supporting documentation, respond to requests, and coordinate communication so you are not handling it alone.
We keep your books tax-ready throughout the year so year-end is a clean handoff-not a scramble.
We support common payroll frequencies such as weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly, depending on your team and needs.
We ensure wages, withholdings, filings, and remittances are handled accurately and on schedule, including state-specific requirements where applicable.
We investigate quickly, correct the issue, and document adjustments so your payroll records and filings stay accurate.
Yes. We map payroll to the GL so payroll expenses and liabilities reconcile cleanly each period.
Fractional CFO services include forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, KPI reporting, and strategic finance support for leadership decisions.
We turn historical financials into forward-looking plans-linking decisions to cash, runway, margin, and growth targets.
Yes. We support fundraising readiness through financial forecasting, model support, and clear reporting that investors and lenders expect.
Usually: a clean P&L and Balance Sheet, a cash runway view, a forecast model, and clear assumptions that tie to your operating plan.
Pricing depends on scope and complexity (entity type, transaction volume, number of states, payroll frequency, and how far behind things are). We quote a fixed fee once we review your needs. Please open our pricing page here.
Bookkeeping is offered in Growth and Pro. Both include accrual-based bookkeeping, a dedicated bookkeeper, sales tax filing, client portal access, and multi-currency support. Growth covers monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation, while Pro is a customized plan with bookkeeping and reconciliation as required, plus add-ons such as weekly accounts payable and receivable, working capital management, weekly fractional CFO oversight, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
Yes, payroll is offered as Payroll Essentials, Payroll Growth, and Payroll Pro, and priced by headcount and pay frequency - use the calculator on our pricing page for your rate. Payroll Essentials covers salaried, fixed pay runs with Gusto software included, setup and onboarding, federal and state payroll tax withholding and deposits, and year-end Form W-2 processing. Payroll Growth adds hourly and variable hours, timesheet intake, time tracking and geo-fencing, overtime and holiday pay, and commission, gratuity and bonus calculations. Payroll Pro adds multi-state payroll and compliance, benefits and 401(k) deduction administration, garnishments and taxable fringe benefits, contractor payments with Form 1099-NEC processing, labor cost reporting, and a dedicated contact.
Tax pricing is organized by entity type such as Limited Liability Company (LLC), S Corporation (S Corp), and C Corporation (C Corp), and then by plan tier. Pricing depends on factors like single-state vs multi-state filing, number of fixed assets, foreign reporting requirements, and the volume of Schedule K-1 (Sch. K-1) forms if applicable.
CFO Services are offered as three engagements, each scoped and quoted to your business. Performance Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) builds a tailored KPI framework and dashboards covering financial, cash flow, profitability, marketing, sales, and operational metrics, benchmarked against industry standards. Cash Flow Reporting and Management provides monthly tracking of inflows and outflows, a rolling forecast, early visibility into shortfalls, receivables and payables timing review, and working capital guidance. Cost Management delivers in-depth cost analysis, targeted reduction strategies, expense benchmarking, overhead optimization, scenario modeling, and real-time reporting on cost of goods sold (COGS), margins, and cash flow.
Additional add-ons include Sales Tax Filing, which covers nexus review, registration, filings, and reconciliation. Full accrual-based bookkeeping is not a separate add-on - it is already included in both the Growth and Pro bookkeeping plans.
